BY LAW you must be 18 or older with a valid ID to get a tattoo or piercing. 

• PIERCINGS AND TATTOOS: You must be at least 15 with a parent and their consent. This means your parent or guardian must be present with his/her ID to sign a consent form authorizing your tattoo or piercing. There are no exceptions.
